My mission is to empower patients by providing comprehensive patient advocacy, navigation, and case management services that improve outcomes and preserve safety and dignity. I understand the challenges that patients face and am committed to providing compassionate, personalized non-clinical care that meets your unique needs.
As the founder, I started Northwest Patient Advocate & Case Management, LLC to address gaps in the healthcare system. After years of witnessing patients and their families struggle to understand diagnoses, options, and rights, I recognized a need for a service that could provide expert advocacy, personalized care coordination, and education. My goal is to empower patients to navigate their care safely, access needed resources, and participate confidently in decisions about their health.

Services include coaching, care team coordination, appointment help, barrier removal, and patient rights education. The goal is to ensure you feel supported and understood throughout your healthcare journey. I’m here to advocate for your needs and help you navigate the often complex healthcare system.
Hospital Discharge Support & Case Management
Non-clinical discharge coordination, follow-up support, and transition-of-care advocacy for Southeast Alaska families.
Ongoing coordination and advocacy for clients with complex or chronic needs. NWPACM will organize care across providers, manage follow-up services, and connect you to community resources.
Medical Travel & Specialty Care Navigation
Coordination and support for Southeast Alaska patients who must travel to Anchorage or Seattle for specialty medical care, including assistance with scheduling appointments, obtaining medical records, assistance making lodging arrangements, and return-home planning.
Insurance & Financial Advocacy
The financial aspects of healthcare can be overwhelming and confusing. NWPACM is here to help you understand your benefits, review your bills for accuracy, and assist you in researching financial assistance options when needed.
